This policy is adopted under the Political Constitution of Colombia, Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 and any rules that amend or supplement them.

It applies to personal data processed by Bitech as data controller, particularly information received through forms, communications, and commercial, contractual or employment relationships.

Depending on our relationship with you, we may process identification and contact details, company and job-title information, inquiry content, and strictly necessary contractual, technical, financial or employment information.

With your consent, Google Analytics may process technical and usage information such as device type, browser, approximate location, visited pages and interaction events. We do not enable personalized advertising or Google Signals.

Our website form does not request sensitive data or information relating to children. Please do not provide such information through it.

• Provide, support and improve our technology services and products.
• Manage contractual relationships with customers, suppliers and talent.
• Meet legal, accounting, tax and security obligations.
• Protect infrastructure, prevent fraud and investigate incidents.

Unless a legal exception applies, Bitech will request prior, express and informed authorization and retain evidence of it. The contact-form checkbox is not preselected and is required to submit an inquiry.

Authorization may be withdrawn whenever permitted by law.

You may access, update and correct your data; request proof of authorization; ask how your information has been used; revoke authorization or request deletion when legally applicable; and access your personal data free of charge.

You may file a complaint with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce after first completing the procedure before Bitech.

Send requests to comercial@bitechconsulting.co, including your name, sufficient identification, a description of the request, contact details and supporting documents.

Queries will be answered within ten (10) business days, extendable by five (5) additional days. Claims will be answered within fifteen (15) business days, extendable by eight (8) additional days, under Law 1581 of 2012.

Bitech may engage hosting, email, security, analytics or support providers as data processors, subject to confidentiality, security and purpose-limitation duties.

Domestic or international transmissions and transfers will be performed in accordance with applicable Colombian law.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to prevent loss, alteration, unauthorized consultation, use or access.

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the disclosed purpose, the relationship with the data subject and applicable legal obligations. It will then be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

This policy is effective from publication. Material changes affecting the controller’s identity or the purposes of processing will be communicated through reasonable means before implementation whenever required by law.
